Holiday Apartment "Le Boulanger"

1. Applicability

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday apartment named "Le Boulanger" (hereinafter referred to as "the holiday apartment") by the lessor to the tenant.

1.2. By agreeing to the rental agreement, the tenant declares to have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. The tenant can reserve the holiday apartment by contacting the lessor.

2.2. After receiving the reservation request, the lessor will confirm the availability of the holiday apartment.

2.3. Confirmation of the reservation will be provided after the tenant has made full payment. The tenant can transfer the amount to IBAN: NL18 KNAB 0504 7586 75.

3. Cancellation

3.1. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival: full refund.

Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental price.

3.4. The lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, the lessor will notify the tenant immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Use of the Holiday Apartment

4.1. The tenant must use the holiday apartment for its intended purpose as a vacation accommodation and maintain it in good condition.

4.2. The tenant is not allowed to sublet or rent the holiday apartment to third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing with the lessor.

4.3. The holiday apartment is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside.

4.4. Bringing pets is not allowed.

5. Liability

5.1. The lessor is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss of property of the tenant or third parties, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the lessor.

5.2. The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the holiday apartment by the tenant or fellow occupants. Any costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the tenant.

6. Check-in and Check-out

6.1. The tenant can check-in on the agreed arrival date, starting from the agreed time.

6.2. The tenant must vacate the holiday apartment on the agreed departure date before the agreed time unless otherwise agreed in writing with the lessor.

Weekend: Friday 15:30 to Monday 10:30

Midweek: Monday 15:30 to Friday 10:30

Week: Monday 15:30 to Monday 10:30

7. Other Provisions

7.1. The lessor reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will apply to new reservations.

7.2. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is declared void or invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

7.3. These General Terms and Conditions and the rental agreement are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.

By signing the rental agreement, the tenant acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday apartment named "Canal" (hereinafter referred to as "the holiday apartment") by the lessor to the tenant.

1.2. By agreeing to the rental agreement, the tenant declares to have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. The tenant can reserve the holiday apartment by contacting the lessor.

2.2. After receiving the reservation request, the lessor will confirm the availability of the holiday apartment.
